Cultivation: 100% Arabica trees containing Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Acaiá, and Icatu varietals. Manually harvested at altitudes varying from 1200-1280m, these beans showcase unique characteristics due to the combination of climate, soil, and altitude in the Mantiqueira de Minas region.
Sustainability: Cultivation is carried out with careful consideration of the environment, the resources used to grow the coffee, and Brazilian labor laws. The farm offers opportunities and a quality of life to its employees.
